FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS ABOUT OUR PROGRAM

 Who is Boot Camp for?
Our program is for anyone who is looking to lose fat and get fit. It doesn't matter if you have never worked out a day in your life or feel like you are very out of shape. That is how all our members start out. In fact, we specialize in beginners.
 What are the session times? 
Monday to Thursday: 5:30am, 6:15am, 9am, 5pm, 5:45pm
Friday: 5:30am, 6:15am, 9am, 5pm 
Saturday: 8am, 8:45am
*Non-members can attend 1 session per day, 6 days a week.
 How do I win the prize? 
A portion of the money from each participant will make up the grand prize. The winner will be awarded to the top challenger who loses the highest percentage of body weight over the 5 week period. 
How long are your workouts?
All of our workouts are 30-minutes in length. They are a combination of strength training and conditioning designed for any fitness level.
 I don't think I can do boot camp?
You aren't alone. LOTS of our members thought they couldn't do boot camp. Truth be told, we used the name boot camp because we didn't like group training, or "classes". And not because we are intense, yell, or crawl under barbed wire 😉 What we do is a combination of strength training and interval training for any fitness level. Trust us, you CAN do boot camp! We believe in you!
I have tried other diets and workout programs and they didn't work. How do I know this will work?
Hmmmm... you could look at all the transformations above. Or trust us when we say our members have lost over 5,000 pounds in over 9 years. But in reality, you didn't fail. The "system" did.

Virtually all diets, workout programs, and weight loss systems set you up to fail. Can you really eat chicken and broccoli for the rest of your life? Or, workout 5 days a week doing 45 minutes or cardio and then 45 minutes of weights? We know we don't want to.

We combine all the things that matter. Our workouts are fast (30-minutes), fun and effective. But most of all is that we coach you. We are there to support you every step of the way.

Everyone needs a coach. Especially when it comes to fat loss. We have put everything we have into creating one of the best body transformation programs.
 What if I have an injury or limitation?
We can still help you reach your fat loss goal. Since our workouts are lead by our certified coaches, we can modify an exercise to fit your ability. Can't do squats because you have a bad knee, no problem. Have a bad shoulder and can't raise your arm well, we can still give you exercises that will get you one stop closer to your goal.
 What if I am super nervous to get started?
That is so common and you are not alone. This nervousness usually comes from 2 things: 1) Nervous of being judged or having people look at you, or 2) Thinking this is going to be another program that isn't going to work.

First, we are not a gym. There are no mirrors, no judgement, and 98% of our clients are on on a weight loss journey. This creates an environment of support and care where everyone is willing to lend a helping hand. 

Second, we totally get it. Most programs have failed you in the past. But we seem to be the place that everyone comes to finally lose the weight and keep it off. The place people come when every program they have tried in the past has failed.

Honestly, we are not sure why... I guess it's because our program works so well 🤷‍♂️.
 Do you need to be in shape to get started?
Absolutely NOT. That is what we do. We help struggling men and women who have either never worked out before, or, have gotten very out of shape, regain their fitness, lose weight, and become the healthiest and happiest version of themselves.
