What is your schedule?
Mon-Thur: 5:30am, 6:15am, 9am, 5pm, 5:45pm
Friday: 5:30am, 6:15am, 9am, 5pm
Saturday: 8am and 8:45am
If I am out of shape, can I still do the challenge?
Yes, we have modifications for every exercise and we can scale the workouts to your fitness level
Does it include a nutrition plan too?
Yes, we will tell you exactly what and when to eat so you can easily reach your goals.
Can I participate in this challenge if I was already a member?
This challenge is for 1st time members only, but we would still love to have you back as part of our fitness family. We can schedule a time for you to sit down with one of our coaches and strategize a new program that fits your budget and gets you on track to meeting your fitness goals.
